ContactMSU is a one-stop contact for the University making it easier for customers to obtain information and connect with the campus community. Using a network of resources, the staff can help get the assistance and answers needed about anything MSU: academic programs, athletics, culture, service and support units or connecting to the Spartan community. We either have the answer or will direct to the people who do.

Technology enhancements enable customers to access services in the manner they prefer: phone, text or email with plans for web chat and social media. The staff serves as ambassadors for the University 24/7/365, creating a positive Spartan experience with every interaction.

ContactIPF provides a central resource site for IPF service questions and for connecting customers to the appropriate resources. ContactIPF staff intake information for facility repairs, dispatch skilled trades’ staff for resolution, coordinate customer communications for facility repairs, and facilitate the IPF Emergency Procedures. Services are provide 24/7/365 through phone, text, email, web chat with plans for social media.
