IPF online service request system down for upgrades from Feb. 28 to March 3

MSU Infrastructure Planning and Facilities will perform a major upgrade on its systems beginning at noon on Friday, Feb. 28, through the morning of Monday, March 3. During this time, the following functions will be unavailable:

  • online service requests,
  • customer statements,
  • search for requests, and
  • my active work requests.

For emergency requests, call IPF Dispatch at (517) 353-1760.

For normal service requests, information regarding customer statements or existing work requests, try again on Monday, March 3 after the upgrade is complete. IPF apologizes for the inconvenience.
