Avaya one-X Agent

Avaya one-X® Agent is a desktop software application designed for Microsoft Windows as a productivity tool for call-center agents.

  • Full call control of functions such as answer/release, hold/unhold, transfer and conference.
  • Easily configurable screen pop-ups show relevant customer data for software applications the agent uses to assist callers.
  • Real-time queue status, talk time and other configurable metrics.

Avaya one-X® Agent for office-based agents is an option included with each agent user license. Avaya one-X® Agent for remote workers is also available at an additional cost.
