Our staff members will request a detailed description of the issue, including the building and room location. A requestor name, location, e-mail address and phone number will provide IPF with the customer to contact after resolution.
Issues should be reported as soon as possible, in order to maintain campus facilities and a safe environment. If there are questions on financial responsibility, our staff members will help determine if the resulting service will be centrally-funded or if a university account number will be needed.
