Unified messaging on the Avaya Aura Messaging voicemail system allows users to listen to or read their voice messages from their email, desk phone, mobile phone or computer. With Avaya Aura Messaging you can integrate your voicemail notifications with your office email or smart phone email client and manage your messages and notification preferences via a web portal.
Additional features of Avaya Aura Messaging include:
- Reach Me: provides call forwarding to up to three numbers with user controlled settings
- Notify Me: text message and email notification as well as out calling
- Ability to receive inbound fax messages directly to your campus phone number as an email attachment
This is free service to Avaya Aura Messaging voicemail users who are configured as Unified Messaging mailbox users. If you try to log in to the Avaya Aura Messaging Web Access site and receive an error that says “Not Allowed” please submit a service request to have your mailbox changed from basic to Unified Messaging.
