What is being done?
The developer of the HUB project, under permit from the City of East Lansing, will be closing traffic lanes and sidewalks at the corner of Bogue St and Grand River Ave.
Why is this being done?
To complete site construction on the HUB development.
How will this impact building occupants?
The north-south and east-west crosswalks at the Bogue Street/Grand River Avenue intersection will be closed for the entire duration. Traffic lane closures will be intermittent for removal of the covered walkway and construction equipment. Advance signing and detour routes will be in place as noted on the enclosed map.
