What is being done?
Contractors will be replacing roof 11. This is the cooling tower roof directly above the loading dock.
Why is this being done?
In order to ensure the watertight integrity of the building.
How will this impact building occupants?
There will be some noise from power tools. In addition, the parking spaces on the west end of the loading dock will not be available for use.
