The Hub

The Hub is a place where all employees of Infrastructure Planning and Facilities can access the tools, information and resources they need to do their jobs better. Log into the Hub using your MSU NetID.

Webmail access

Log into Microsoft Outlook exchange to check your IPF e-mail and work calendar from anywhere.

EBS login

The MSU Enterprise Business Systems website contains resources for all of MSU staff including the Employee Self-Service login, financial services and guidelines for other business processes.

IPF Internal Service Desk

Log in here to enter tickets for any IT need. These include requests for new IT services, applications or hardware or incidents/problems that may be occurring on any IT service, application or hardware.

IPF Staff login to the ARC Document Solutions sites

Log in here to see all projects out for bid and requests for proposals/quotes on the ARC Document Solutions site plus additional information specific to IPF employees.


FAMIS (Facilities Asset Management Information System) software provides products and services to help organizations maintain and operate facilities assets, manage space and control capital projects. (Note: New FAMIS/Discoverer password criteria can be found here.)


This software is used to track the progress of construction projects as they are in progress.

Infrastructure Map

Infrastructure Map is an online mapping application that lets authorized users access utilities and infrastructure information. 

Meridian Explorer (document management services)

Meridian Explorer offers access to the Meridian Document Management system via web browser instead of having to use the desktop software. This allows users that are outside of IPF or away from their desktops to retrieve facility and infrastructure information. Meridian Explorer requires a username and password. Should you require access, submit a ticket through the FIS Support Portal.


Discoverer is a tool for reporting data from business applications. (Note: New FAMIS/Discoverer password criteria can be found here.)


Work Load Summary Dashboard

Detailed graphical display of active and overdue FAMIS Work Orders, categorized by Maintenance Type. Work Orders can be grouped by department, supervisor and/or crew.


Teamwork is a collaborative workspace for IPF employees.
