What is being done?
Insulation of the 3rd floor roof in B and C wings to help with energy efficiencies in the building.
How will this impact building occupants?
Loading dock access will have some impact on large truck deliveries but will remain accessible. There may be some noise from the insulation pump at loading dock. 4 parking spaces along the east side of the loading dock parking will not be available for parking. The 2 leased spaces will be relocated to the main parking lot.
