Fire alarm testing
What is being done?
Testing of life-safety fire alarm system. During the testing from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m., technicians will test the speakers and strobes to ensure functionality. Technicians will then bypass the speakers and strobes in the facility to test all initiation devices on the fire alarm system silently. This is being done for verification of building renovation life safety added and relocated devices.
How will this impact building occupants?
Limited speaker sounding and speaker strobe flashing will occur. Building evacuation will not be required.
