Online Service Request Portal unavailable Jan. 19-21, 2024

The IPF Service Request Portal will be unavailable from noon on January 19 through January 21; please call ContactIPF at 517-353-1760 for any urgent requests including water leaks, broken windows or doors, trouble truck calls, or items that should be addressed within 24 hours. 

Same functionality, new look and feel

When the Service Request Portal returns on January 22, it will feature a new look and feel because it will use Planon, a robust new backend management system that is replacing multiple systems that are approaching the end of their useful life.
