Overview of Scope:

This is a president-driven project to update and to "Sparty" up the design theme of Kellogg. The project initially started as four individual projects that were combined into one cohesive project.

  1. Address exterior Porte-Cochere (canopy) failing downspouts
  2. Replace failing canopy roof
  3. Update canopy signage to meet new MSU signage standards
  4. Renovate the State Room restaurant, lobby, corridor, and meeting/conference rooms

Exterior renovations to the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center Porte-Cochere, signage and exterior lighting is included in phase 1 for 2026. The Porte-Cochere is the grand covered entryway for the hotel, typically used for guest and luggage drop off location.
