Construction notice
What is being done?
The identified first-floor area (approximately 6,500 square feet) will be completely renovated to provide a new commons area and program space for the College of Social Science. The area will receive new electrical, lighting, fire alarms and HVAC.
How will this impact building occupants?
Berkey Hall will be closed to classes. Only building staff will have access to the facility during the construction period. There will be various systems shutdowns during construction as well as intermittent construction noise.
