What is being done?
Maintenance staff will perform repairs to exterior brick and stone, re-caulking and repair of mortar joints and pressure washing of building.
Why is this being done?
To restore the integrity of the exterior masonry.
How will this impact building occupants?
During these repairs there will be reoccurring noises from grinding out of mortar joints, lifts and power washers. This grinding will also result in dust around the exterior of the building. Entrance will be temporarily shut down.
