Facility asset mapping/inspection

What is being done?

Infrastructure Planning and Facilities (IPF) staff will perform a visual walkthrough of the building to document mechanical, structural, and electrical facility assets. IPF assets are being located, mapped, and photographed for the Asset Data Collection Initiative. 

How will this impact building occupants?

IPF Staff will be seen walking within the building and outside of the facility. Minimal disruption will occur; staff may need to enter occupants' rooms to check for assets and/or photograph assets. No personal items will be disturbed.
