What is being done?

Hubbard Hall: Affected Areas - Ground Floor & First Floor

HVAC 1C is being shutdown to replace the supply fan 1C motor, because motor bearings are failing resulting in excessive noise and burning smell.

How will this impact building occupants?

Occupants may notice changes fluctuating temperatures outside of normal conditions.
