Human Ecology roofing phase 1

Construction crews will begin work on Phase 1 Roofing, which includes replacement of the low roofs on either side of the north wing and the roof atop the emergency stairwell on the north side of the building. It also includes replacement of the slate roof on the north wing of the building. 

Parking in Lot 4 on the north side of the building will be closed during summer 2026. A portion of the lot will reopen prior to the start of fall semester. The west third/half of the lot will need to remain closed until construction is complete. 

The work is not expected to impact the academic environment in the building.
