What is being done?

Kalamazoo Street and Chestnut Road near the Sparty Statue will have intermittent lane closures to resurface the roadway. Please expect dust in and around the area. Timeline may adjust based on weather.

How will this impact building occupants?

Traffic will be routed via flagging personnel through Dem Hall Road as needed. 

Access to Red Cedar Road will be maintained at all times. 

Pedestrian sidewalks will remain available. 

Please follow all posted detour signs, remain alert when traveling near the construction zone, and allow for extra travel time during peak campus hours. Your patience during these road improvements is appreciated.
