Demolition of the cooling towers adjacent to the Lot 43 entrance from Wilson Road. The new chilled water plant is capturing the capacity of these cooling towers, which are beyond their serviceable life.
The entrance to Lot 43 from Farm Lane will remain open to access adjacent facilities.
Crews will place signage at entrances and traffic barricading to block off areas that are being worked on.
Please obey any posted construction signage and mind any construction personnel in the building.
