What is being done?
Replacing the drive controlling the motor (HVAC 1B) as it is in need of repair.
How will this impact building occupants?
During this shutdown there may be fluctuations in temperatures, but it has a redundant fan.
Special Precautions: All fume hoods and sashes are to be closed during this time.
