Road closure
Installation of utilities beneath Service Road for the Power Plant will require closure of Service Road at this location for the month of April. Local access will be permitted for adjacent facilities and parking in Lot 83. This work is needed for the Combined Heat & Power West Regional Chilled Water Plant.
See map for details. Pedestrian sidewalk will be open along the north side of Service Road with temporary bypass around the work area as needed. Vehicle detours will proceed down Harrison Road or Farm Lane to Trowbridge Road.
During this work, Service Road will be completely closed immediately in front of the Power Plant. Local traffic only, requiring access to adjacent facilities and parking Lot 83 along Service Rd will be allowed access throughout the road closures at Harrison Road and Farm Lane. The sidewalk along the north side of Service Road will remain open at all times with a temporary bypass around this work area.
Please obey all construction barriers, mind all flagmen and patrol officers, and follow posted detours. Your cooperation and patience during this time is appreciated.
