Sidewalk closure

What is being done?

The sidewalk on the south side of W. Shaw Lane between Chestnut Road and Red Cedar Road will be closed for turf grass replacement and relocation of two light poles at Duffy Daugherty field. 

Pedestrian traffic will detour to the north side of W. Shaw Lane near Lot 79. 

This is being done because the existing turf is in poor condition and two of the light poles are impacting field of play.

sidewalk on West Shaw Lane next to the practice football field will detour to the north side of West Shaw Lane closer to Lot 79.

How will this impact building occupants?

Access to field off eastbound W. Shaw Lane will require closure of sidewalk along north side of practice field and will detour pedestrians around the closure.

Please obey all construction barriers, mind all flagmen and patrol officers, and follow posted detours. Your cooperation and patience during this time is appreciated.
