Roofing maintenance
What is being done?
IPF crews will be replacing/repairing slate on the roofs in order to ensure the watertight integrity of the buildings, weather permitting.
How will this impact building occupants?
There will be points during this time that a lift will be utilized to replace slate, and staff will be traveling past or stationed near windows. There will be minimal noise from hammering.
Special Precautions: Please inform building occupants that lifts will be utilized during these repairs.
