IPF maintenance and construction notices

Shutdown of steam and condensate to the building. Shutdown of these services are required for removal and reconfiguration of the steam and condensate piping for the building addition.

Single lane closures on northbound Farm Lane and westbound Wilson Road. One lane will remain open.

Removal of 12 existing tennis courts, removal of existing storage/restroom building, and construction of new team building and 6 post tensioned tennis courts. There will be detours around site, and tennis courts will not be available for use until August 2025.

Construction will begin on the new Engineering and Digital Innovation Center at the northwest corner of the Red Cedar Road and Wilson Road intersection.

Installation of utilities beneath Service Road for the Power Plant will require closure of Service Road at this location for the month of April. Local access will be permitted for adjacent facilities and parking in Lot 83.

Wilson Road between Red Cedar Road and Farm Lane Road the traffic will be shifted to one side of the divided roadway. This will allow for installation of infrastructure lines for chilled water to be run from where the lines were left off last summer near the entrance to Lot 49 to Farm Lane Road.

The sidewalk on the south side of W. Shaw Lane between Chestnut Road and Red Cedar Road will be closed for turf grass replacement at the football practice field. Pedestrian traffic will detour to the north side of W. Shaw Lane near Lot 79.

Eastbound Wilson Road and bike lane will be closed down completely for roadway repairs in front of the Plant Biology Laboratories. Westbound Wilson Road will function normally. Access to Lot 46 is available from both east and west. Leaving Lot 46 will require a left turn (west) toward Farm Lane. Pedestrian sidewalks are available without detour in this location.
