What do I need to do?
February 9 is the deadline to submit information regarding any damage to your department chair. IPF and Belfor crews are taking photos and documenting the building damages. PSS faculty and staff will be responsible for documenting the department owned items inside the rooms. If you have any questions pertaining to insurance claims or documenting, email the MSU Office of Risk Management and Insurance, Jennifer Lafferty at riskmgmt@msu.edu.
Installation of ceiling tiles may cause small dust particles to land on surfaces again. The IPF custodial department is prepared to clean this up as requested, please send the room number and request to our custodial supervisor Cynthia Jones at morri160@msu.edu.
Repair and restoration teams will be in the building and greenhouse for the next few weeks. Your patience and assistance through this process has been appreciated.
