Our Key Shop is responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of all keys and locks on campus.

Submit A Service Request

For urgent requests, you should call ContactIPF at (517) 353-1760 instead of sending an email or online ticket. Urgent requests include water leaks, broken windows or doors, or similar items that should be dealt with within 24 hours.

Key-specific Services

To request keys, fill out a Keys Only Service Request form. 

After-hours access

You can contact the MSU Security Operations Center to request after-hours building access.
