HVAC maintenance

What is being done?

Temporary shutdown of building hot water heat.

Why is this being done?

To replace existing booster heating coils, controls, and to convert the supply air plenum to a fully ducted system.

How will this impact building occupants?

Part of the hot water building heating system will be turned back on by Sept. 25 to provide heat to rooms 47 and 48, and provide limited heating to the first-floor atrium area. The room temperatures in the following rooms may be cooler during this shutdown: 41 through 60, 135D, 136 and 138. Manual air balance dampers and AHU discharge air temperature will be adjusted to keep rooms as comfortable as possible during this shutdown.
