Roofing maintenance

What is being done?

Removal and replacement of the existing roof membrane. After burners will be utilized on the roof kettles to minimize odors, and charcoal filters will be installed on building air intakes as needed.

Why is this being done?

Existing roof has exceeded its life expectancy and has begun to fail.

How will this impact building occupants?

There will be pedestrian detours around the work site during this work. There will be typical construction noise during the tear-off and replacement of the roofing materials.
