Construction notice
What is being done?
Closure of the sidewalk and southeast entrance of Wells Hall for required structural repairs to steam vault 215.
Why is this being done?
Severely deteriorated structural concrete has been identified on the walls and ceiling of the steam vault that needs to be repaired immediately.
How will this impact building occupants?
The southeast building entrance will be closed for the duration of the project. These doors will be signed for emergency egress only. The loading dock will remain open.
