What is being done?

IPF Landscape Services will be degreasing and power washing the different levels of the structure.

Why is this being done?

This is an annual process that requires us to use chemicals to remove dirt, oil, etc. that is often left by vehicles. We then sweep the ramp with a power broom before using power washers to clean the floor.

How will this impact building occupants?

Only one level of the ramp will be closed at a time while crews work on them. Parking will remain accessible on the other levels. Please do not park in areas being worked on, or remove traffic cones or tape. All university-owned vehicles should be parked on the roof level, as well as any IPF staff personal vehicles.
