What is being done?

Vibration analysis of HVAC Supply Fan-1a/b, HVAC Supply Fan-2a/b and HVAC Supply Fan-3a/b bearings. Yearly condition monitoring. Motors will be energized on and off periodically to perform PM vibration testing on motor and fan bearings.

How will this impact building occupants?

Redundancy in supply air per unit will allow conjoining A/B fan wheel to remain controlled slower but active to keep some building air flow while one side is de-energized for entry. Temperature fluctuations temporarily at each fan listed for affected spaces. Tests each listed fan independently and will be temporarily off to set up sensors to test equipment inside and re-energize the machine and remove items inside. See Special Precautions Please.
