What is being done?

Shutdown Cold Rooms 3140, 4145, and 5145, as listed in detailed schedule below.

Why is this being done?

To replace equipment that has multiple non-repairable refrigerant leaks.

How will this impact building occupants?

Cold rooms will be turned off intermittently as follows:

  • From 8 a.m. through 10 a.m. on Wednesday morning, cold rooms 3140 and 4145 will be turned off.
  • From 8 a.m. through 4 p.m. on Wednesday, cold room 5145 will be turned off.
  • From 8 a.m. through 4 p.m. on Thursday, cold room 4145 will be turned off.

Special precautions that need to be taken:

  • Please avoid opening rooms 3140 and 4145 during the designated time period Wednesday morning.
  • Please remove all materials subject to degradation or spoilage. These materials should be relocated to cold rooms not affected by this shutdown during the affected hours.
