Road closure

What is being done?

Science drive closure south of S. Shaw closed to set up a crane to hoist new mechanical equipment to Chemistry roof. 


 

Why is this being done?

Science drive will be closed south of Shaw from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 2nd. Sidewalks will remain open unless we have to swing over the area at that time a flagman will be present. In an emergency we can allow vehicles to pass on Science Dr. The west entrance to Chemistry will also be closed at this time.

We plan on parking the crane in the ADA spots west of the building at 6 a.m. May 2nd to start set up.
