What is being done?

Closure of Science Drive south of S. Shaw Lane to set up a crane to set ductwork for new exhaust fan on the Chemistry Building roof.

How will this impact building occupants?

Science Drive will be closed from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 27 south of S. Shaw Lane. Sidewalks will remain open unless we have to swing over the area; at that time a flagman will be present. In an emergency we can allow vehicles to pass on Science Drive.

We plan on parking the crane in the ADA spots on Saturday, Jan. 27 at 6 a.m.
