Utility shutdown
Shutdown of electrical service to the building. Panels DPDD, RP3, LPA, Elevator, PP1, MCC1, DP1B, RP1R, RPM, RPFA, DP1C, and DPCC. This is to remove temporary 208v power connections and install permanent connections to the new 208v substation gear.
Power will be off daily to multiple systems in Duffy, Skandalaris and Clara Bell Smith Center. This impacts mechanical systems, elevator, lighting, receptacle power, lot 78 lighting, plaza lighting, and indoor practice power and lighting. Emergency power will also be impacted during this shutdown.
What do I need to do?
It is recommended that facility occupants’ power down computers and sensitive equipment the night before each day of the shutdown.
