Hannah Administration Building

Hannah Administration Building

HVAC maintenance

Why is this being done?

HVAC 1 & 3 will be shutdown to have personal doors added in to the supply air shaft. Scaffolding will then be built in the shaft, once assembled we are lining the supply airshafts with sheet metal. This work is being done to improve the airflow and to provide a tighter supply air plenum.

How will this impact building occupants?

During this time, there will be no ventilation throughout the affected rooms. If you are on an exterior wall you will have baseboard heating still.

There will be hammers pinging while assembling the scaffolding tubing and hammer drilling during the sheet metal line process.
