What is being done?
The steam coils will be replaced in the supply fans due to steam coil failure.
How will this impact building occupants?
During this shutdown, occupants may notice a change in temperatures and ventilation will be affected.
Open windows as needed for ventilation. This unit serves all floors. Units will be off while work is taking place during the day; the fan motor will be returned to service to run after 4:30 p.m. daily.
