Facility condition assessment

What is being done?

A visual walkthrough of the facility to perform a condition assessment of the facility, building systems, and equipment.

Why is this being done?

This is being done as part of an overall effort to gather additional data for capital renewal and preventive maintenance purposes for Infrastructure Planning and Facilities.

How will this impact building occupants?

There will be a small team of assessors occasionally seen walking within and around the outside of the facility, taking notes, and capturing photos to document facility conditions. All assessors will abide by the required COVID-19 safety protocols including but not limited to a wellness screening program, personal protective equipment, and social distancing measures.
