Facility asset mapping/inspection

What is being done?

Daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. beginning on Friday, December 11, 2020 and lasting through Thursday, January 21, 2021 - IPF staff will perform a visual walkthrough of the building documenting mechanical, structural and electrical facility assets and barcoding the assets.   

Why is this being done?

This is part of a larger effort to collect additional data for maintenance and capital planning purposes for Infrastructure Planning and Facilities.

How will this impact building occupants?

There will be IPF staff seen walking within and around the outside of the facility.  Brief room access will be needed.  Mapping Coordinators will coordinate access to sensitive areas with the building manager. Please inform all building occupants.
