Facility asset mapping/inspection

Why is this being done?

IPF staff will perform a visual walkthrough of the building to document mechanical, structural, and electrical facility assets. IPF assets are being located, mapped, and photographed for the Asset Data Collection Initiative.

 

*Please note, personal and non-facility related assets will not be disturbed or inventoried through this process.

How will this impact building occupants?

IPF staff will be seen walking within the building and outside of the facility. While there will be minimal disruption, IPF staff may need to enter occupants' rooms to check for assets and/or photograph assets. No personal items will be disturbed.
