Building Envelope Maintenance
What is being done?
IPF Roofing department staff will be power washing the masonry on the building in order to clean and preserve the integrity of the masonry.
How will this impact building occupants?
There will be minimal impact to building occupants; some noise will occur from the power washer. If work is being performed over a building entryway, that entryway will temporarily be closed.
