Building Envelope Maintenance
What is being done?
Roofing department staff will be power washing, sealing, and re-caulking the limestone on the building in order to clean and preserve the integrity of the limestone.
This will occur from 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, beginning on Wednesday, June 1, and lasting through Wednesday, June 15, weather permitting.
How will this impact building occupants?
There will be noise from the power washer, and the day(s) the work is being performed above an entry way, that entry way will be shut down.
