Facility condition assessment
A visual walkthrough of the facility to perform an assessment of the facility, building systems, and equipment. This is being done as part of an overall effort to gather additional data for capital renewal and preventive maintenance purposes for Infrastructure Planning and Facilities.
Facilities: Bio Engineering, Interdisciplinary Science and Technology, Rental Storage Facility B, Spartan Village Community Center, STEM Teaching and Learning Facility, and 1855 Place (Buildings 1801, 1802, 1803, 1804, 1805, 1806, 1807, 1808, 1809, 1810)
There will be a small team of assessors occasionally seen walking within and around the outside of the facility, taking notes, and capturing photos to document facility conditions.
