HVAC maintenance
IPF staff will be shutting down HVAC 2 to replace bad bearings and vibration isolators. The unit cannot safely run until properly repaired.
An update will be provided when a more accurate timeline is known.
During this shutdown, occupants may notice a change in temperatures and ventilation will be affected.
Areas Affected: Basement – A-13, 120, 130, 130A-B, 140, 150, 160, 165, 170, 180, 200, 230, 235, 240, 245, 265, 275, 280, 285, 290, 295, 300, 305, 310, 315, 320, 325, 330, 400, Hallway 6, and Hallway 7. • First Floor – 1020, 1025, 1045, 1050, 1070, 1075, 1080, 1090, 1100, 1110, 1130, 1130A-E, 1200, Hallway 2, and Hallway 3. • Second Floor – 2160, 2165, 2170, 2175, 2185, 2190, 2195, 2200, 2265, 2275, 2285, 2295, 2400, 2410, 2430, Hallway 4, and Hallway 5. • Third Floor – 3160, 3165, 3170, 3175, 3180, 3185, 3190, 3195, 3200, 3280, 3285, 3290, 3295, 3400, 3410, 3430, Hallway 4, and Hallway 5. • Fourth Floor – 4160, 4165, 4170, 4175, 4180, 4185, 4190, 4195, 4200, 4280, 4285, 4290, 4295, 4400, 4410, 4430, and Hallway 5.
