HVAC maintenance
What is being done?
Routine and preventive maintenance and replacing a motor on HVAC SF 6A.
How will this impact building occupants?
During this shutdown, occupants may notice a change in temperatures and ventilation will be affected.
Special Precautions: This unit serves all floors. Units will be off while work is taking place during the day; however, as part of a shared plenum, the other motor will be returned to service to run overnight. During this time all fume hoods and sashes should be closed.
