Parking ramp work

What is being done?
Parking Ramp Maintenance:

Affected ramps: Parking Ramps 1 (Shaw Lane), 2 (Auditorium Road), 3 (Wharton Center), 5 (Communication Arts and Sciences Building), 6 (Grand River Avenue) and 7 (1855 Place)

Portions of traffic lanes, stairwells, and a number of parking spaces will be temporarily inaccessible during repair work. Construction areas in ramps will be cordoned off. Please obey all access restrictions and construction signage.

Why is this being done?

Various structural repairs called for in the annual maintenance plan for the ramps. Parts of roadways require repaving.

How will this impact building occupants?

Please use other available parking spaces and stairwells. Be mindful of barricaded work areas, and follow traffic control devices for the duration of this project.
