What is being done?

Electrical power outage - IPF High Volts crew will be energizing the new underground primary feeder and transitioning building 0211-University Research Containment to the new power feed. The entire site will be without power for approximately 2 hours (6am-8am) while we make this transition.

Why is this being done?

As part of the project to upgrade all overhead primary power lines to new underground distribution at the Veterinary Research Site on Hagadorn Road.

How will this impact building occupants?

A brief building wide power outage will affect URCF and buildings on this site. Power down any sensitive equipment ahead of the shutdown.
