What is being done?
Renovations to portions of the facility to include updates to flooring, lighting and handrails to enhance patron experience.
How will this impact building occupants?
Expect construction noise/dust typical of a project of this type. Access to the building from the parking ramp will be restricted during construction. Noise will be minimal. However, when the new flooring is installed, access to the rooms will be restricted.
