What is being done?
A crane will be used to load mechanical equipment into the penthouse. See the layout below.
Why is this being done?
To install new mechanical equipment to accommodate the re-purposing of instructional space at Wonders Hall.
How will this impact building occupants?
Parking Lot 71 will be closed. Birch Road will be partially closed during the above time line. Expect intermediate office interruption throughout the day has equipment is swung overhead. A Rockford construction represented will advise on when to leave your office, should be no more than a 15-20 min period.
