Supplier Diversity

One of IPF's major goals is to increase diversity in our supply chains. We aim to ensure social responsibility is central to the products and services we provide to our customers and community. To do this, we work to collaborate with:

  • Minority Business Enterprises (MBE)
  • Women Business Enterprises (WBE)
  • Veteran Owned Businesses (VOB)
  • Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Zone
  • Persons with disabilities
  • Michigan-based businesses
  • Small businesses
  • And more!

Partnering with IPF: Goods and Services

University Procurement and Logistics (UPL) coordinates public bid opportunities for goods and services. Visit the UPL website to view open opportunities and find instructions on how to submit bids.

Partnering with IPF: Construction Projects

Michigan State University uses an online bidding system, Unifier bid manager (eBidding), for capital construction projects. IPF has dedicated plan room for all design-bid-build general contractor projects and selected professional services.

Interested parties must be registered in this system to submit bids to MSU. To bid on projects, complete the Registration Form for Electronic Bidding for Capital Projects (PDF) and email the completed form to unifiersupport@msu.edu. MSU can only assign one email per company so we recommend using a centrally monitored email account.

Once you submit the online registration application, you'll receive a notification when it's been approved and processed. The notification will include a user ID and password which will be used to invite bidders and submit electronic bids to MSU.
